I'm an ICF-accredited Career Coach with over 16 years of corporate experience and the founder of Deepak Deopure Coaching & Consulting.

I help working professionals navigate career transitions, overcome career stagnation, accelerate job searches, and make confident career decisions through structured coaching and practical guidance.

My Journey

Like many professionals, my career didn't begin with coaching.

I spent over 16 years in the corporate world, working with leading organizations including TCS, BookMyShow, CarWale, and Hemant Deshpande Consulting. During this time, I worked across technology consulting, solution architecture, DevOps, digital transformation, people enablement, and leadership.

Those years gave me an inside view of how careers evolve.

I saw talented professionals struggle with questions like:

▶ Am I in the right career?

▶ Should I switch roles?

▶ Why do I feel stuck despite working hard?

▶ How do I grow beyond where I am today?

Interestingly, these questions rarely had technical answers. They required deeper reflection, greater self-awareness, and structured decision-making.

That realization eventually led me toward professional coaching. I am also associated with India's leading Career Coach Hemant Deshpande as Career Coach & Coach Mentor and Trainer

Why I Became a Career Coach

My transition into coaching wasn't driven by a career plan—it was shaped by life itself.

In 2019, I lost my wife to cancer while we were living in Amsterdam. Overnight, I found myself navigating grief, becoming a single parent to my young daughter, and questioning many of the assumptions I had held about success, purpose, and fulfilment.

That experience transformed the way I looked at life and work.

It made me realize that our careers are about much more than salaries, promotions, or job titles. They are deeply connected to our identity, confidence, values, and the life we want to create.

Today, that perspective shapes every coaching conversation I have.

I don't simply help professionals build better careers.

I help them build careers that align with who they truly are.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe every professional already has far more potential than they realise.

Most people don't need someone to tell them what to do.

They need someone who can help them think clearly.

Someone who can ask better questions.

Someone who can challenge assumptions.

Someone who can help them see possibilities they cannot yet see themselves.

That is the role I strive to play as a coach.

My coaching combines deep listening, structured frameworks, practical consulting, and thoughtful accountability—so that every conversation moves you closer to meaningful action.

Beyond Career Coaching

Alongside my career coaching practice, I founded Heal Together Circle, a platform dedicated to supporting individuals navigating grief and emotional recovery.

This work was born from my own personal journey and reflects my belief that emotional wellbeing and professional growth often influence one another.
